This statue is a traditionally handcrafted unique piece made of sterling silver and is made in the Himalayan region of Nepal. Each of these statues differs from all the others by different small differences, but they all have in common that they are made with love.

Green tare

The Green Tara is considered a spiritual companion of Amogasiddhi, the Dhyani Buddha. It is represented similar to the white tare. The difference can only be found in her left hand, which holds a half-closed lotus or water lily bloom with long, often blue petals. In the Lamaist tradition, Tara is incarnated in all good women.
